Job Description

 

The Marketing Specialist is responsible for managing customer inquiries for the company. Designing marketing content and develop marketing activities to promote our brand name and increase our brand recognition

Job Type: Full-time

Duties/Responsibilities

  • The essential functions include, but are not limited to the following:

  • Manage customer inquiries, complaints and concerns immediately on different marketing channels.

  • Familiar using Canva, Photoshop and Adobe Illustrator as graphic design platform. Create and manage the posting of content for social media channels, including Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, Yelp, Official Website, WeChat and YouTube.

  • Carry out social media calendar and strategies to grow followers/ likes in order to increase customer engagements on social media channels.

  • Collaborate with internal team members and external partners to develop and distribute creative content.

  • Manage and optimize paid media campaigns with third parties.

  • Coordinating and managing Public Relationship (PR), includes press releases, new opening announcements, new product promotions

  • · Participant any brand event and exhibition if required.

  • Performing other work-related duties as needed.

Required Skills/Abilities

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments

  • Demonstrated ability to lead people and get results through others

  • Ability to think ahead and plan over a 1-2 year time span

  • Technical skills in strategic planning and marketing, business and market development, market research, and planning and promotions/advertising

  • Must have a strong interpersonal skills and good judgment and be capable of communicating with a diverse range of individuals

  • Excellent computer skills including all MS Office applications. (Word, excel, outlook, PowerPoint) required.

  • Experience with Canva and/or Photoshop. Adobe Illustrator is a plus.

  • Must have strong customer support orientation (for internal/external customers), demonstrated professional demeanor, and the ability to maintain confidential information

Education and Experience

  • Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing or related discipline required

  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience in Marketing and a demonstrated track record of accomplishments
