Moji Holding is the parent company of Dough Zone Dumpling House, an award-winning chain restaurant. We are now looking for accounting professionals to join our team and support the rapidly growing need of the company.

Job Type: Full-time & Part-time

Duties/Responsibilities

• Perform general cost accounting and other related duties in the accounting department.

• Prepare periodic balance sheets, profit and loss statement and other financial reports.

• Record daily sales to QuickBooks, sets up new accounts, reconciles all transactions.

• Process accounts payable and receivable.

• Provide outside accounting firm with assistance; gathers necessary account information and documents to perform annual tax return and monthly reconciliation.

• File required tax forms with federal, state, and local government agencies.

• Process payroll for over 300 employees on a bi-weekly basis.

• Review and recommend modifications to accounting systems and generally accepted accounting procedures.

• Provide support and advice on management.

• Recommend financial actions by analyzing accounting options.

• Perform other related duties as assigned.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

• Minimum 1-year experience working in AP/AR, general ledger, payroll, and payroll reports, or related field

• Extensive knowledge of general accounting, bookkeeping, laws and regulations.

• Understanding of and ability to adhere to generally accepted accounting principles.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills both in Chinese and English required.

• Experience with HRIS, such as ADP Workforce Now, is a plus.

• Highly Proficient in QuickBooks, Microsoft Office Excel, and Google Workspace.

• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.

• Strong analytical, multi-tasking skills and ability to meet deadlines.

• Three to five years of accounting experience preferred.
