Moji Holding is the parent company of Dough Zone Dumpling House, an award-winning chain restaurant. We are now looking for a talented Administrative Coordinator to join our team and support the rapidly growing need of the company.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

Act as receptionist, greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls and reply emails

Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office

Order office supplies as required

Arrange meetings and prepare meeting materials as needed

Make travel arrangements for senior staffs

Keep office environment organized

Schedule maintenance and service appointments and following up the result

Plan and schedule company event

Assist any office job as needed
Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

Associate degree required
-
2+ years Professional office working experience required
-
Excellent writing and communication skills
-
Ability of multitasking and experience with Microsoft Office.

Great organization skills

Strong planning and problem solving skills

Good team player with CAN DO attitude

Attention to detail

Bilingual in Chinese is a plus
Education & Experience

Associate degree or above
