Moji Holding is the parent company of Dough Zone Dumpling House, an award-winning chain restaurant. We are now looking for a talented Administrative Coordinator to join our team and support the rapidly growing need of the company.

Job Type: Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Act as receptionist, greet and assist visitors, answer incoming calls and reply emails

  • Provides administrative support to ensure efficient operation of office

  • Order office supplies as required

  • Arrange meetings and prepare meeting materials as needed

  • Make travel arrangements for senior staffs

  • Keep office environment organized

  • Schedule maintenance and service appointments and following up the result

  • Plan and schedule company event

  • Assist any office job as needed

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Associate degree required

  • 2+ years Professional office working experience required

  • Excellent writing and communication skills

  • Ability of multitasking and experience with Microsoft Office.

  • Great organization skills

  • Strong planning and problem solving skills

  • Good team player with CAN DO attitude

  • Attention to detail

  • Bilingual in Chinese is a plus

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree or above

  • office administration: 1 year (Preferred)
