Job Description

Back of House openings include prep cook, line cook, and dishwashers. We currently have 8 restaurants in different locations (Downtown Bellevue, Downtown Seattle, Renton, Redmond & Issaquah) and are still rapidly expanding.

Job Type: Full Time; Part-Time

Pay: $20.00 - $25.00 per hour

  • Set up workstations with all needed ingredients and cooking equipment

  • Prepare ingredients to use in cooking (chopping and peeling vegetables, cutting meat etc.)

  • Follow standard procedure (SOP) to cook food

  • Ensure all food and other items are stored properly

  • Monitor stock and place orders when there are shortages

  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

  • Follow standard recipes and special diet orders

  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes
