1. Membership Eligibility and Overview

 

1.1. The Dough Zone Elite Loyalty Program is intended for personal use only and is limited to one account per individual. Individuals who are at least 16 years old, maintain a valid phone number and email address, and are not employees of Dough Zone, are eligible to join. The Program cannot be used for commercial purposes, and account creation can be refused at our discretion.

 

1.2. By joining Dough Zone Elite, you confirm your understanding and acceptance of these Program Terms and Conditions, including any future changes. Regularly review these terms as they may evolve over time. Participation in the Program is only possible if you agree with these terms. The Program is void where prohibited by law.

2. Program Enrollment

 

2.1. Eligible individuals may enroll in the Program through one of the following methods:

2.1.2. Access the sign-up page instantly by scanning the provided QR code at any Dough Zone restaurant,

2.1.3 Visit Dough Zone's website and register through our online portal.

2.2. To enroll, provide your first name, last name, phone number, and email address.

 

2.3. In case of a dispute regarding a member's identity, the authorized account holder of the phone number used during enrollment will be considered the rightful member.

3. Program Mechanics and Benefits

 

3.1. The Dough Zone Elite Program rewards loyal customers for product purchases and brand engagement. Points can be earned to unlock in-store credit by making eligible purchases or engaging in specific Program actions. Qualifying purchases are those made at Dough Zone restaurants, where you must provide your digital member card or phone number during the transaction.

 

3.2. Only in-store purchases at Dough Zone Restaurants qualify for the Program. Online orders through the Dough Zone website or third-party services like DoorDash are not eligible.

 

3.3. Accumulated points have no expiration date.

 

3.4. Accounts, rewards, benefits, and points cannot be shared or combined. Only one member in each party can accrue rewards, points and benefits.

3.5. Program rewards have no cash value, are non-transferable, and cannot be sold, bartered, transferred, or assigned. Fraudulent or policy-violating activity can result in reward forfeiture.

3.6. Rewards cannot be exchanged for points, other products, services, or refunds.

 

3.7. Program products and services are for personal use only and cannot be sold or resold.

 

3.8. Qualifying purchases include all Dough Zone dishes and beverages for in-store or takeout orders. While points are not earned on gift card purchases, redeeming a gift card for a qualifying purchase earns points.

 

3.9. We are not responsible for lost or fraudulently redeemed rewards, benefits, or points.

We reserve the right to, at any time, (1) exclude you from participation in the Program, (2) discontinue your participation in the Program, and (3) audit or suspend your membership account without prior notice. Any suspected abuse of the Program, failure to follow any Program Terms, illegal activity, fraud, misrepresentation, or other conduct inconsistent with these Terms and/or detrimental to the Program, including without limitation, any suspected unlawful, fraudulent, other unauthorized use of any Program rewards, points, and/or benefits, may result in the revocation of your membership and make you ineligible for further participation in the Program. If your membership is revoked, any rewards or benefits in your account will automatically expire, and your access to the Program and features will automatically terminate.

5.3. Membership Cancellation You can cancel your membership by submitting a ticket using the Contact Us page. This action results in the expiration of your tier status, points, rewards, and benefits.

6. Liability

 

6.1 Dough Zone and Moji Holding LLC are not liable for indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages related to the Program.

 

7. Privacy

 

7.1 Personal information collected for the Program's functioning will be used to provide services, protect against fraud, and comply with privacy policies.
