Full Job Description

Dough Zone Dumpling House is now hiring for both Front of House and Back of House positions! Front of House openings include servers, bussers, and food runners. Back of House openings include prep cook, line cook, and dishwashers. We currently have 7 restaurants in different locations (Downtown Bellevue, Downtown Seattle, Renton, Redmond & Issaquah) and are still rapidly expanding. Front of House Staff Duties:

  • Greet and make all guests feel welcome at the restaurant

  • Explain to guests about menu items

  • Serve food and beverages to guests

  • Respond to guest inquiries and requests in a timely fashion

  • Clean and prepare the dining areas

  • Perform other restaurant duties as assigned

Back of House Staff Duties:

  • Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours

  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

  • Follow standard recipes and special diet orders

  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

  • Previous experience in customer service, food service, or other related fields preferred

  • Ability to communicate in English
