The Dough Zone was featured in the Seattle Magazine in January 2017; this family-style restaurant matches the neighborhood with a hip vibe and modern twist. We currently have 7 Dough Zone Restaurants in different locations (Renton, Bellevue, Seattle, Redmond & Issaquah) and still expanding. We need you to join this team! What you will do:

  • Plan food production to coordinate with meal serving hours

  • Clean and maintain kitchen equipment, utensils, and appliances

  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safely and efficiently

  • Follow standard recipes and special diet orders

  • Adhere to all sanitation and food production codes

  • Operate standard kitchen equipment safety and efficiently

  • Clean and maintain station in practicing good safety and sanitation

  • Assist with the cleaning and organization of kitchen and equipment
