Job Description


Moji Holding is the parent company of Dough Zone Dumpling House, an award-winning chain restaurant. We are now looking to fill the role of an Inventory Control Specialist to join our team and support the rapidly growing needs of the company. This role will be based in our Tukwila (Primary location)/Bellevue location and will be working directly and closely with upper management, store managers, and suppliers to ensure we have the supplies needed to run a successful business.

Job Type: Full-time

Essential Duties and Responsibilities

  • Cooperating with Purchasing and other user department to plan for shipment receiving, including unloading shipment, inspecting material, inventory location transfers, and stocking shelves.

  • Collecting shipping requests to arrange picking, packing and shipping product or supply to stores and internal kitchens.

  • Maintaining and updating inventory records in working sheet or system and transmit to related department.

  • Coworking with purchasing department, vendors and trucking company for RTV (return to vendor) shipment.

  • Performing inventory cycle count to ensure accuracy levels and track associated metrics.

  • Working closely with store managers, central kitchens and suppliers to fulfill production schedule in a timely manner.

  • Developing, maintaining, and improving warehouse processes to enhance warehouse inventory accuracy and performance.

  • Maintaining Warehouse 5S, such as emptying garbage cans, keeping warehouse area clean and organized, and stocking warehouse supplies.

  • Working with the supervisors and management team to identify areas to improve and maintain high customer satisfaction.

Minimum Qualifications (Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities)

  • Fluent in oral and written Chinese (REQUIRED)

  • Proficiency in basic MS Office applications and typing accurately

  • Basic mathematical skill level required to verify inventory, order accuracy, and other

  • Preferred knowledge using Warehouse Management Systems

  • Excellent interpersonal skills with the ability to work both independently and in a team environment

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills with a sense of urgency when resolving issues

  • Self-motivated and hardworking

  • Strong work ethic, integrity, and proven organizational skills with attention to detail

  • Able to help when needed

Education & Experience

  • Associate degree or above

  • Forklift and MHE operating experience are preferred

  • Familiarity with ERP system is preferred

  • Knowledge of using Warehouse Management Systems is preferred

  • Food/Restaurant/Manufacturing industry experience is preferred

  • Bellevue, WA 98007: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Preferred)

Experience

  • Inventory Optimization & Planning Occupations: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Inventory control: 1 year (Preferred)

  • Chinese (Required)
