1.1. Welcome to the DZ Dumpling Club!

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") govern your participation in our loyalty program. By enrolling in or using the DZ Dumpling Club, you agree to comply with these Terms. Please read them carefully.

1.2. Program Restrictions. The DZ Dumpling Club is intended for personal use only and is limited to one account per individual who is at least 16 years old and maintains a valid phone number and email address. Employees of Dough Zone are not allowed to join or participate. An account can be refused or terminated at Dough Zone’s discretion.

1.3. Acceptance of Terms: By joining the DZ Dumpling Club, you acknowledge that you have read, understand, and accept these Terms, including any future updates. Regularly review these Terms as they may change. Continued participation constitutes acceptance of updated Terms. The program is void where prohibited by law. You waive any right you may have to receive specific notice of such changes or modifications, and your continued access to or participation in the DZ Dumpling Club following any such changes or modifications confirms your acceptance. To the extent permitted by applicable law, Dough Zone may modify these Terms at any time.

1.4. Program Availability: The DZ Dumpling Club is valid only at participating Dough Zone locations in the United States.

2. Program Enrollment

2.1. Enrollment Methods: You can enroll in the DZ Dumpling Club through 3 methods.

2.1.1 In-store through a server.

• During a visit to a Dough Zone restaurant, follow prompts during checkout with your server. They can help you sign up.

• Toast will text you a prompt to view your loyalty account. 

2.1.2. Sign yourself up in-store.​

• By scanning the loyalty program QR code provided at Dough Zone restaurants on the table tents.

• Sign up using your email or your phone number.

• Toast will text you a prompt to view your loyalty account.

2.1.3. Sign yourself up through an online link.

• Use the online link and follow the prompts for your information.

2.2. Required Information: Enrollment requires providing your phone number or email initially. Once this 1st step is done, click the link where it says “view your loyalty account” to add your first name, last name, phone number, birthdate, and email address.

2.3. Identity Disputes: In case of disputes regarding membership identity, the authorized account holder of the phone number used during enrollment will be considered the rightful member.

 

3. Program Mechanics and Benefits

3.1. Earning Points: Points are earned through qualifying purchases at Dough Zone restaurants or by engaging in specific program actions. Purchases made through third-party online ordering or online ordering through our website are not eligible for the DZ Dumpling Club and will not be included in the accumulation of any points or benefits. Members must provide their digital member card or phone number at the time of purchase to earn points.

3.2. Redemption of Points: 1 point is equal to $1 dollar spent. A minimum purchase of $30, before taxes and gratuity, is required for redemption. Points can be redeemed for rewards as follows:

• 100 points reward: Free Green Onion Pancake. Earn 100 points to receive one free Green Onion Pancake. This item can be redeemed on your next visit after reaching 100 points.

• 200 points reward: Free Dan Dan Noodles or Chicken Potstickers. These items can be redeemed on your next visit after reaching 200 points. 

• 400 points reward: Free Pork Xiao Long Bao or Chicken Xiao Long Bao. These items can be redeemed on your next visit after reaching 400 points. 

• Points and rewards have no cash value, are not property of the member, and cannot be redeemed for cash, gift cards, credit, or any other product or service except as expressly provided by the Program.

3.3. Points Expiration: Accumulated points currently have no expiration date. However, Dough Zone reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the Program, points, rewards, benefits, earning rates, redemption requirements, or related terms at any time, to the extent permitted by law.

3.4 Additional Perks:

• Sign-on Bonus: Get 25 points automatically upon enrollment.

3.5. Restrictions:

• Accounts, rewards, benefits, and points cannot be shared, sold, or transferred.

• Only one account per transaction may accrue points.

• Program rewards are non-transferable, have no cash value, and cannot be sold, bartered, or exchanged.

• Points may only be accrued and redeemed for dine-in only.

• Only one reward may be used on each visit.

• Rewards may not be combined with other offers, discounts, promotions, or coupons unless expressly permitted by Dough Zone.

3.6. Errors and Adjustments: Dough Zone reserves the right to delay, withhold, adjust, or revoke points, rewards, or benefits if they were credited in error, obtained through fraudulent activity, returned transactions, technical malfunctions, or any violation of these Terms.

3.7 Lost Rewards: Dough Zone is not responsible for lost or fraudulently redeemed points or rewards.

3.8. Claims: Members must notify us within 30 days of any uncredited purchase or activity. Contact us via the "Contact Us" page or email service@doughzoneusa.com with relevant details.

 

4. Marketing Communications

4.1. Communications: By enrolling, you agree to receive Program-related and marketing communications. You may opt out of marketing communications at any time, but essential Program communications will continue.

5. Termination and Modification

5.1. Program Changes: Dough Zone reserves the right to modify or terminate the Program, its benefits, or these Terms at any time to the extent permitted by law.

5.2. Membership Termination: We may suspend or terminate your membership for any reason, including suspected abuse, fraud, misrepresentation, or failure to comply with these Terms. Upon termination, all rewards, points, and benefits will be forfeited.

5.3. Membership Cancellation: You may cancel your membership at any time by contacting us through the "Contact Us" page or emailing service@doughzoneusa.com. Cancellation will result in the forfeiture of all points and rewards.

6. Employee Restrictions

6.1. Employee Participation: Employees of Dough Zone are strictly prohibited from enrolling in the DZ Dumpling Club or using points from any member account. Unauthorized use of points or participation in the Program by employees will result in disciplinary action, up to and including termination of employment.

7. Liability

7.1. Limitation of Liability: Dough Zone and its affiliates are not liable for any indirect, special, punitive, or consequential damages arising from participation in the Program. To the maximum extent permitted by law, Dough Zone's total liability arising out of or relating to the Program shall not exceed the value of the rewards earned by the member during the twelve (12) months preceding the event giving rise to the claim.

8. Privacy

8.1. Use of Personal Information: Personal information collected for the Program will be used in accordance with our privacy policy to provide services, prevent fraud, and comply with applicable laws.
