Points currently do not expire. However, we may modify or terminate the program, its benefits, or terms without prior notice.
Is there a minimum purchase required to redeem rewards?
A minimum purchase of $30, before taxes and gratuity, is required for redemption.
Can I redeem my points on the same visit that I earn them?
No, points can only be redeemed on your next visit after they are accrued.
Can I redeem more than one perk or reward in a single visit?
No, only one reward or perk can be redeemed per visit in-store.
Do I need to provide anything at checkout to earn or redeem points?
Your server can look up your account from your email, phone number, and birthday month to redeem your rewards.
Can I use my rewards on delivery or takeout orders?
No, rewards are only valid for in-store dine-in purchases.
What if I have already participated in the previous Loyalty program?
Your points have not been lost. They have been converted from their previous value to the new system, allowing you to redeem free entrée items. Check your account to see your current points balance and start redeeming rewards.
